L’art. 8 del Decreto Liquidità, al fine di contribuire a lenire i riflessi economici negativi della c.d. pandemia, introduce alcune disposizioni temporanee in materia di finanziamenti alle società, volte a prevedere che i finanziamenti effettuati in favore della società dalla data del 9 aprile 2020 e sino alla data del 31 dicembre 2020 non si applicano l’art. 2467 (postergazione finanziamento soci) e 2497 quinquies c.c. (Finanziamenti nell’attività di direzione e coordinamento)
